TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 This contract describes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter only "TERMS AND CONDITIONS") applicable to the use of the contents, products, and services offered through the website www.skinfitshop.com (hereinafter, "WEBSITE"), of which SkinFit Shop is the owner (hereinafter, “OWNER”). Any person who wishes to access or make use of the website or the services offered therein may do so subject to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, as well as to the policies and principles incorporated in this document. In any case, any person who doesn’t accept these terms and conditions must keep from using the WEBSITE and/or purchase the products and services that may be offered.

 The purpose of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS is to regulate the access and use of the WEBSITE, understanding by this any type of content, product, or service that is available to the general public within the domain: www.skinfitshop.com.

The OWNER reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, contents, functionality, products, services, and configuration that could be contained in the WEBSITE; In this sense, the USER acknowledges and accepts that SkinFit may at any time interrupt, deactivate or cancel any of the elements that make up the WEBSITE or access to them. Access to part of the contents and services of the WEBSITE may be made before subscription or prior registration of the USER. The WEBSITE is aimed exclusively at people who are of legal age (according to their country of origin); In this sense, SkinFit declines any responsibility for the breach of this requirement.

It is made known to the USER that the OWNER may administer or manage the WEBSITE directly or through a third company, which does not modify in any sense what is established in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The only access to the WEBSITE does not imply the establishment of any type of relationship between the OWNER and the USER. The WEBSITE is exclusive to people who are of legal age, the USER declares to be of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to be subject to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 

  • CHANGES OF PRICE.

SkinFit reserves the right to increase, decrease, or make any type of modification in its prices as it is convenient without prior notice. However, it will respect the orders that have been placed and paid in time before the change.

 

  • DELIVERY OF ORDERS AND SHIPPING.

In SkinFit each garment that is made is personalized, we don't have an inventory of products. At the moment the CUSTOMER places and pays for their order, SkinFit begins with its confection according to the colors and sizes that the CUSTOMER previously chose. The delivery time can take from 25 to 27 business days, which may vary if at the moment SkinFit is in a special promotion campaign, if this is the case, SkinFit undertakes to notify the CLIENTS. Shipments are made through a third party, FedEx. When SkinFit delivers a package to FedEx, the customer will receive an email with their guide number so that they can track their order, they can also check it on the WEBSITE by entering their username and password. FedEx considers a business day from Monday to Friday, that is, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

 

  • CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.

Because SkinFit does not have inventories and each CUSTOMER personalizes the garments they choose in their order, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRODUCT CANCELLATIONS. Once the CLIENT places and pays for his order, the elaboration of his garment begins.

SkinFit may make exceptions as long as the fabric has not been cut; In case of any modification in the order, it must be requested via email and/or social networks, either Instagram or Facebook within a period of 48 hours after having made the purchase. After this time, no modification can be made to the order. In case of cancellations, the CLIENT must notify immediately through the aforementioned describing the reason for which he wishes to cancel his order. SkinFit reserves the right to decide whether or not it can cancel according to the production process in which its garment is located and/or the reasons that the CLIENT explains when wishing to make said cancellation. However, SkinFit WILL NOT MAKE CASH REFUNDS; If an order cancellation proceeds, the money will remain as a balance in favor of the CUSTOMER account and he may use it at any time.

 

  • RETURNS.

Product returns apply only and exclusively when the garment has a defect in seams, the fabric is torn or defective, or there are errors in size or color according to the order that the CLIENT made. If so, SkinFit will agree directly with the CLIENT on the steps that follow.

 

Important note:

If upon receipt of your package, your order requires any clarification based on our aforementioned specifications, it can only be made within the first 7 business days of receiving it, after that date Skinfit Shop will not be able to make it valid.
